Strong project management is vital to keeping jobs on-time and to cost. Our projects are directed by a dedicated contracts manager and site foreman. Typical projects include the following stages:

• Buying - Purchase of necessary project materials.
• Subcontracting of specialist work - Allocation of specialist contracts such as electrical, plumbing, heating, decorating, ventilation and air-conditioning.
• Manufacturing of bespoke components - joinery, metalwork, upholstery and other crafted items.
• Good communication - regular site meetings with the client to monitor progress and to ensure satisfaction at every stage.
• Health & Safety Office monitoring - to ensure that the site is run correctly and in compliance with current legislation
• Quantity surveying - step-by-step financial control of the job throughout.
